Meet The Tverdov Housing Property Management team
Pete Tverdov - Founder
Pete founded Tverdov Housing in 2014 and has since grown the business into the only vertically integrated real estate company in New Jersey. With 11 years of experience working on Wall Street combined with an entrepreneurial spirit, Pete brings a unique and advantageous view to the real estate industry that benefits his clients whether it's buying and selling real estate, property management or construction projects.
On the off chance he’s not thinking about the business or real estate investing, Pete likes to spend the remainder of his time with his wife and kids, supporting Rutgers athletics and traveling.
Andrew Spina - Senior Property Manager
Andrew Spina has managed both commercial and residential property in the Central New Jersey area for nearly ten years, including working as a superintendent and caretaker of apartment buildings.
A graduate of Rutgers University, Andrew has been the owner and operator of an eclectic music store called Spina Records, located at 118 Easton Ave in New Brunswick. You can find him there spinning vinyl records most days. Andrew is also a fan of local history and enjoys various types of music.
Maddie Delayo - Business Development Manager
Maddie is a graduate of the Rutgers Business School with a major in Finance and a concentration in Real Estate. Maddie was the top Leasing Agent at Tverdov Housing as an undergrad, closed multiple real estate deals her first year as an agent and currently focuses on realtor recruitment and bringing in new property management business.
In her free time, Maddie likes to travel, work with dogs, and spend time with family and friends.

Mike Tverdov - Leasing Agent
Mike graduated with honors from Rutgers University with a degree in Human Resource Management. He was a four-year letter winner and a two-time distinguished scholar while playing football at Rutgers. He has spent time in the community serving others and building relationships with other real estate professionals across New Brunswick and Rutgers campuses. Mike brings a strong work ethic, handyman skills, a passion for real estate and a duty to serve clients with the upmost dignity.
Outside of work Mike enjoys spending time with his loved ones, working out, riding motorcycles and reading books on self-improvement.
