What's new with our construction business?

We are always so busy explaining the ins and outs of property management that we thought we would share with you a little bit about our general construction business.

Our general construction business is another service we provide to clients in New Jersey but it has quickly become very successful. If you look on our website, you can find various before, during and after projects that we have completed for clients. Below I would like to share a project we just started along with what we can do for you in any scenario you need.

MASONRY/BLACKTOP WORK

For any exterior work needed on the property we have experience with it all. We can replace sidewalks and curbs. Need a new driveway? We have done it several times for clients. New water line or sewer line into the street? Yup, unfortunately we have had to do that a few times as well.

BASEMENT SLABS/ADDITIONS

We have experience with pouring basement slabs when finishing basements or building crawl space foundations on new additions. If you need a full walkout basement we can do that as well.

SIDING/ROOFING/WINDOWS

We have helped many old homes come to life with the replacement of siding. Our preferred brand is Royal or Certainteed. For roofing we almost always use GAF. Roof replacement has been as simple as ripping off an asphalt shingle roof or removing a slate roof, installing sheathing and then installing asphalt shingle.

For windows we install both new construction and replacement windows. Most often we install Andersen or United Windows for our clients and we have even installed basement egress windows!

ALL INTERIOR WORK

We have done multiple gut rehabs for clients where we completely gut a house or apartment to the studs and re-wire, re-plumb and reinvigorate the place! Kitchens, bathrooms, additions or just paint and flooring, we can help make the interior of your investment come to life and get you top dollar for your rental property.

Below is the start of a take over job we are doing for one of our newest clients and below that is the finished product of a gut rehab we did for another client a few months ago.
