Meet The Tverdov Housing Realtor Team
Pete Tverdov - Broker of Record
Pete founded Tverdov Housing in 2014 and has since grown the business into the only vertically integrated real estate company in New Jersey. With 11 years of experience working on Wall Street combined with an entrepreneurial spirit, Pete brings a unique and advantageous view to the real estate industry that benefits his clients whether it's buying and selling real estate, property management or construction projects.

On the off chance he’s not thinking about the business or real estate investing, Pete likes to spend the remainder of his time with his wife and kids, supporting Rutgers athletics and traveling.
Joe Hayford - Realtor
Joe recently graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelors in Science, while playing football for the University. As a student athlete he spent time working at several luxury and commercial apartment complexes in town and held leadership positions with several charity groups.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with friends and family along with working out, meeting new people and learning new things.
Maddie Delayo - Realtor
Maddie is a graduate of the Rutgers Business School with a major in Finance and a concentration in Real Estate. Maddie was the top Leasing Agent at Tverdov Housing as an undergrad, closed multiple real estate deals her first year as an agent and currently focuses on realtor recruitment and bringing in new property management business.

In her free time, Maddie likes to travel, work with dogs, and spend time with family and friends.
David Roushdy - Realtor
A lifetime resident of Somerset County, David is a graduate of Rutgers Business School with a major in finance and a concentration in real estate. He has prior experience in the residential investment space as well as in corporate real estate. After obtaining his real estate license, David began working with Tverdov Housing as a leasing agent for both student and non-student residential properties.

Outside of work David is an avid hockey fan, car lover, and enjoys attending concerts and music festivals.
Gary Thompson - Realtor/Leasing Agent
Gary is currently a senior at Rutgers University studying Finance. After graduation he will be working at Deutsche Bank in their Commercial Real Estate group. Outside of work, Gary enjoys spending time with family & friends along with staying active.
