Meet The Tverdov Housing Team
Pete Tverdov - Founder
Pete founded Tverdov Housing in 2014 and has since grown the business into the only vertically integrated real estate company in New Jersey. With 11 years of experience working on Wall Street combined with an entrepreneurial spirit, Pete brings a unique and advantageous view to the real estate industry that benefits his clients whether it's buying and selling real estate, property management or construction projects.
On the off chance he’s not thinking about the business or real estate investing, Pete likes to spend the remainder of his time with his wife and kids, supporting Rutgers athletics and traveling.
Andrew Spina - Property Manager
Andrew Spina has managed both commercial and residential property in the Central New Jersey area for nearly ten years, including working as a superintendent and caretaker of apartment buildings.
A graduate of Rutgers University, Andrew has been the owner and operator of an eclectic music store called Spina Records, located at 118 Easton Ave in New Brunswick. You can find him there spinning vinyl records most days. Andrew is also a fan of local history and enjoys various types of music.
Joe Hayford - Property Manager
Joe recently graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelors in Science, while playing football for the University. As a student athlete he spent time working at several luxury and commercial apartment complexes in town and held leadership positions with several charity groups.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with friends and family along with working out, meeting new people and learning new things.
Cathy Tverdov - Realtor
Known as the motherly figure of the group, Cathy Tverdov has been a realtor at Tverdov Housing for several years, specializing in assisting buyers and sellers with buying and selling their real estate investments. She brings the loving “mom” touch when showing properties and helps people find their perfect space.
In addition to real estate, Cathy enjoys reading, cooking, foreign and indie films, watching her youngest son, Mike, play football for Rutgers, and spending time with family.
David Roushdy - Realtor
A lifetime resident of Somerset County, David is a graduate of Rutgers Business School with a major in finance and a concentration in real estate. He has prior experience in the residential investment space as well as in corporate real estate. After obtaining his real estate license, David began working with Tverdov Housing as a leasing agent for both student and non-student residential properties.
Outside of work David is an avid hockey fan, car lover, and enjoys attending concerts and music festivals.
Adham Sheira - Leasing Agent
Adham is a senior at the Rutgers Business School double majoring in Finance and Business Analytics Information Technology with a concentration in Real Estate. Upon graduation, Adham hopes to make a meaningful impact in the investment banking industry and hopes to later return to the commercial Real Estate sector.
In his free time, Adham loves to run around College Avenue, play basketball, and hang out with friends.
Maddie Delayo - Leasing Agent
Maddie is a senior at Rutgers Business School with a major in Finance, a concentration in Real Estate, and a minor in Psychology. Maddie is the Vice President of the Rutgers Real Estate Club and has experience working in commercial real estate and private equity before starting with Tverdov Housing.
In her free time, Maddie likes to travel, work with dogs, and spend time with family and friends.
Alexia Figueroa - Leasing Agent
Alexia is a senior at Rutgers University and is majoring in Human Resource Management. Upon graduating, Alexia would like to work in the Compensation and Benefits sector of HR while continuing to advance her career in real estate.
In her free time, Alexia loves to travel, read books, go shopping, and hang out with her friends and family.
